Join Brianna for this yoga-inspired full-body strengthening and body sculpt challenge Every class has yoga pose-based movements to bring full-body strength and mobility in just 30 minutes. If you are a Live It Premium or Live Stream+On Demand member, you have access to your body sculpt routine wherever you are, wherever you go, as long as you have wifi.
From a gentle stretch, to a flow, no class is the same in Fresh Start. Each class, every day, is geared toward the requirements and wishes of the students. A place for students of all levels. Beginners learn yoga language, body mechanics and explore each pose to its fullest. More advanced yogis can enjoy working to their edge to maximize their strength and flexibility. Modifications and guidance are offered for all students at every level, take your practice up a notch or tone it down depending on the day.
Stay low to the floor and explore the softer side of yoga. Indulge yourself in stretching, soft movement and breathing, and be inspired to drop in, relax, let go, and become fully present. Perfect for the beginning yogi and highly beneficial for the advanced.
Attach movement to breath, taking time to strengthen, hold, balance, and transition between poses safely. Class opens/closes with breathing techniques and short periods of meditation to calm the mind and release tension. Modifications are offered and encouraged.

Meditative Sound Bath
Our meditative sound bath is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind, and spirit. Time is suspended as the singing bowls wash away your stress, tension, and cares. During the Sound bath, you will lie down on a yoga mat supported by blankets, bolsters and other props. Dress for comfort.
Mellow Flow is an opportunity to wake up the body, and then move into a slow flow with a strong emphasis on connecting the breath with every movement. Perfect for most levels.
This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. A sequence of supported poses by the use of props held for several minutes allow for passive stretching, better posture, a calmer nervous system and a quieter mind. This class is appropriate for students of all levels.
Strength and Flow
This class builds strength and integrity in each pose by using slow deliberate strong movements and longer holds. Begin slowly and gradually increase strength and intensity as the class progresses into a powerful slow flow. Enjoy new challenges as poses are taken to new depths, balance is tested, and props add to the depth of each challenge. All are welcome!
Class includes grounding techniques, breath awareness, gentle movement, and mindfulness. These practices can help improve sleep and reduce chronic stress, pain, and symptoms of PTSD. In partnership with Veteran’s Health Stream, this class is free to veterans and their teen+ family members. New and experienced students welcome.
Long, delicious holds of passive poses to get to the connective tissue and deep into the joints for an amazing yoga experience. Yin yoga is a quiet practice suitable for students of all levels. Through longer held postures targeting the connective tissue of the low back, hips and hamstrings, Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Poses are seated, supine or prone and are held with muscles relaxed for several minutes. Focus on your breath, being present in the moment, relieving tension and letting go. The Yin practice gives powerful mental and emotional benefits as practitioners becomes quiet, still and mindful of the present. Give yourself this opportunity to surrender, slow down and come back to balance. A perfect complement for your more challenging practices.
Focus on a different pose in each class. Each day the pose is broken down into its most basic components. Focusing on stretching properly, building strength in the areas of focus, proper alignment and breath, you start moving toward the chosen pose through a series of asanas that prepare the body to take the chosen pose with ease and competence. Great place for beginners to learn the basics and anyone who wants to work on individual poses.
